    Although many of our 5 liter oak barrels are not just for decoration, these repurposed wooden barrels were actually designed and created to provide our customers and fans with a rustic home décor option that highlights their interests. We know your whole life probably doesn’t revolve around your love of Whiskey and Bourbon, but your home décor can. These mini barrel planters are the perfect size for showcasing your favorite plants throughout your home.

     

    Love the look of our repurposed oak barrels, but just don’t think they’d incorporate well into your home décor?  Take them outside and use these wooden barrels in your garden.

     

    Use them to house beautiful flowers or grow your own mint and basil for cocktails. Our 5L Barrel Planter will be a great addition to your home garden. Whether you use a few of our mini barrel planters in your home or garden, they are sure to add character and delight to any atmosphere.   Over time the planters will get an aged look just like the larger darker ones sold at many garden centers.  However, unlike those we add a series of nails going through the bands to help hold them together since they are not filled with liquid.   This helps to ensure that they do not fall apart on you after a season or two, but please be cautious of the nails as there is a chance they will protrude through the inside of the planter.

     

     

    This planter is a 5L Barrel Planter. The bottom has a small hole, which allows excess water to drain, helping to prevent your plants from being over watered.   The planter comes with bung not in place so that you can decide if you want the look of the barrel with or without the bung in place.
