Barrel Aged Gin

Well guys this was a tough one for us as NONE of us are Gin drinkers, but after all the hype online lately about barrled aged Gin and the number of customers who ask..... well we had to try it.

Prior to aging we all agree it is very much like drinking perfume, both in smell and taste.

Ingredients:

Bombay Sapphire

Aging Time:

14 days

Barrel Size:

1 Liter Barrel

Previous Use of Barrel:

None

Resulting flavor:

After 14 days in the barrel we were all happily surprised. It did have some oak flavor to it but not too much, and the perfuminess was considerably less. The taste greatly improved.
