Great for home use or small distillers, home brewers, or winemakers, you can mellow any spirit or wine to rich perfection in a few short weeks. Our Cooper makes all of our barrels with American white oak and without any nails or glue. That means nothing but pure oak flavor will influence the taste of your batch.     The measurements of our 10L aging barrel are as follows:

    - Height of barrel on the stand (including the bung: 14 inches

    - Length of the barrel on the stand (including the spigot): 13.5 inches

    - Width of the barrel at the belly: 10 inches

    - Engraveable diameter of the barrelhead: 7.5 inches

    The more you use your barrel, the richer its contents will become because it will take on the flavors of whatever you aged before.
