Tequila with Vanilla

When I used to sell barrels at the Festivals and Fairs, this is the recipe i would tell all the customers about. Anyone I ever heard back from exclaimed they loved it tremendously.
Ingredients:
- 100% agave Alteno
- 1 coffee bean
- 4 - 1/2" piece of a vanilla bean
Aging Time:
64 days
Barrel Size:
1 Liter Barrel
Previous Use of Barrel:
None
Resulting flavor:
Nice and heavy on the vanilla but not overpowering. Because of the very long aging time it made a very dark gold tequila.
I would recommend pouring from the barrel to the bottle through a coffee filter.
