Personalized Black Steel Barrels (Choose Barrel Size)

This barrel is made of American White Oak and was handcrafted to hold approximately one to twenty liters. It is held together by pressure with six black steel hoops and comes with a stand, bung and a spigot. The barrel has been given a medium char inside which caramelized the sugars in the oak. The charring of the oak is what allows the barrel to age your alcohol.

These barrels are perfect for mellowing and enhancing the flavors of whiskey, bourbon, rum, tequila, scotch, brandy, cognac, red wines and vinegar.

Personalization: Laser Engraved
In the text area for Personalization: Laser Engraved, please best describe how you want you barrel personalized. Your barrel can be personalized with names, phrases, or logos. We offer laser engraving for the personalization. Check out our Facebook page for a few examples of customized barrels. We engrave on the front head of the barrel. We will work with your request and place the engraving as best we can.

If you have an image you would like our Engraver to place on your barrel, please email your image to [email protected] (Prefered Formats: .ai, .psd, .jpg, .png .tiff, .pdf). The larger the image the better it will turn out (Prefered Dimensions: 800x800 pixels or larger).

Please note that there is a dimple in the center of the head. The spigot covers a portion of the head as well and this coverage is dependent upon the size of the barrel for example the larger the barrel, the less area the spigot covers. We give our best effort to avoid these two areas but will use them when we feel necessary.
